Loyalty - "When treated right an individual
will be loyal to the organization that they
work for. This is also true in ones personal
life."
Creativity - "Being creative has been a part
of me for all of my life. From drawing on
walls as a child to drawing full blown art
works as an adult. I inject creativity into
anything that I do."

feel that the more diverse an environment
is, the more diverse the ideas and work flow
